I would highly recommend this course to anyone who wishes to obtain a basic, yet fundamental grasp of the Portuguese language. I came from a family that did speak Portuguese during my upbringing and therefore had some basic back round knowledge of the mechanics of the language. As a regular business traveler to Angola, the need to speak and understand at least a certain level of Portuguese increased with each trip. CD’s and and online language guides proved to be very limited and inconsistent which only caused confusion and a limited sense of confidence in the material I had learned. Cláudia runs classes with small groups which allowed us to interact while still allowing everyone an equal learning opportunity.
